This RACINES infusion combines granulated tamarind extract (40%) with white hibiscus and orange leaves, packed in France in individual 1.6 g sachets. Its flavour is delicately tangy.
How to prepare it?
Use one sachet per cup, pour on simmering water and leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes to taste. It is enjoyed hot to warm up, or cold over ice like a tamarind juice, sweetened to your preference.
