In brief: you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This applies to all our products that are still sealed; only products opened after delivery and fresh produce (currently, sweet potatoes) are excluded. The form is just below; return costs are at your expense.
Your right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw, without having to give any reason or pay any costs other than the cost of returning the products (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you have designated (other than the carrier), receive the order; if it arrives in several parcels, 14 days after receipt of the last one. If it ends on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. You only need to send us your decision before the period expires. You can also withdraw before delivery.
Products that cannot be taken back
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), only two cases are excluded:
- a product you have opened after delivery (opened bag, jar, bottle, can or vacuum pack): opened food cannot be taken back, for reasons of hygiene and health protection;
- fresh produce that deteriorates rapidly: currently, sweet potatoes.
A product that is still sealed can always be returned, even if you have opened the parcel or the shipping box. A recipe kit or a discounted multipack must be returned in full. If in doubt, write to us at info@nkosiagro.com.
Withdraw from contract here
Fill in the two-step form, then click “Confirm my withdrawal”. You can withdraw from the whole order or from some products only. We will then send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, stating the content of your statement and its date and time, with the return address.

- by email to info@nkosiagro.com, with the subject “Withdrawal, order no. …”;

Returning the products
Send the products back without undue delay, and at the latest 14 days after informing us of your decision, to the return address given in our email. The deadline is met if you send them before these 14 days have expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the products, including from abroad. If we sent the wrong product, or if a product arrived damaged or faulty, please write to us instead: this is not a withdrawal, and any return is at our expense.
You are only liable for any diminished value of a product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. If your withdrawal takes the order below the amount that qualified for a free gift, please return that product too.
Refund
We will refund you at the latest 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may wait until we have received the products, or until you have sent us proof that you have shipped them, whichever is the earliest.
If you withdraw from the whole order, we refund all your payments, including delivery charges up to the cost of our least expensive standard delivery (in mainland France, relay point delivery, free from €39). If you withdraw from part of the order only, we refund the returned products and the share of these delivery charges that relates to them, in proportion to their price. The refund is made using the payment method used for the order, at no cost to you, unless you expressly agree to another method.
