This charter explains how we collect, check, sort and publish reviews on nkosiagro.com, as required by Articles L111-7-2 and D111-9 to D111-12 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation). Last updated: 28 September 2026.
Who can leave a review
- Our customers: after an order, the Judge.me app sends them an email invitation to review the products they received and the shop.
- Any visitor to the website, using the form on a product page, without needing to buy anything.
- A few reviews come from Shopify's Shop app, or were imported from another review tool.
How we check reviews
The “Verified” badge marks a review linked to an order placed with us: it was posted following our invitation, or its author's email address matches an order. Judge.me carries out this check automatically. A review without this badge could not be linked to an order: we cannot guarantee that its author bought the product.
As at 28 September 2026, 142 of the 208 published reviews carry the “Verified” badge. The other 66 (59 five-star and 7 four-star reviews) could not be linked to an order; 40 of these five-star reviews were posted on the website by visitors. Under each review, a label also shows how it was collected: through a shop invitation, from a website visitor or from another review tool.
Reviews are published automatically, without being read beforehand and whatever their rating. We may then take a review down, whether positive or negative, for one of the reasons given below.
Incentive
To thank customers who leave a review following our email invitation, we send them a 10% discount code valid on a future order. The code depends neither on the rating nor on the content of the review: a one-star review earns it just as a five-star review does. Reviews posted directly on the website, without an invitation, do not earn a code.
As at 28 September 2026, 94 of the 208 published reviews earned this code; one of them is a one-star review. Each of these reviews carries a label saying so: in the list of reviews, a label stating that the review earned a reward for a future order; in our selection of reviews, “Discount code received after this review”.
Publication and timing
A review is published automatically, usually within a few minutes and at the latest 24 hours after it is submitted, unless we refuse it for one of the reasons given below. We may reply publicly to a review; the reply is signed by the NKOSI team.
A review stays online until its author deletes it, and for no more than five years after its publication.
Dates and sorting
Each review shows its publication date. The date of the experience, that is, the date the order was received, is not shown yet; for a review posted following our invitation, it is earlier than the publication date.
By default, reviews are sorted from newest to oldest. You can also sort or filter them in other ways, for example by rating.
Our selection of reviews
On some pages, we show a selection of reviews from verified buyers, chosen by our team and copied word for word with their date. All published reviews, positive and negative, can still be read on our Reviews page.
The average rating
The average rating and the number of reviews shown on the website, for example at the bottom of the page or on a product page that has no reviews yet, are calculated by Judge.me from the reviews received, for products and for the shop: verified or not, with or without a discount code; they may include reviews that are not published. On a product page without reviews, we show this shop rating, presented as such, and never the reviews of another product.
Editing, deleting or refusing a review
The author of a review can edit or delete it at any time from their Judge.me account (judge.me/login), or by writing to us. We may contact them about their order, for example to resolve a problem; we never ask them to change their rating.
We refuse or remove a review only for one of these reasons:
- abusive, discriminatory or defamatory remarks;
- personal data of another person;
- advertising, or content unrelated to the product or the shop;
- a review that is clearly fake, or submitted several times;
- a review of a product its author did not receive, because the order was cancelled or fully refunded before delivery: it does not describe an experience of the product, and we handle the problem reported as a complaint.
These reasons apply in the same way to positive and negative reviews. We tell the author of the review the reason by email.
Reporting a doubtful review
Do you doubt that a review is genuine, for example because you are responsible for the product concerned? Report it free of charge to info@nkosiagro.com, stating the review and the reason for your doubt. We will look into it and reply to you.
