The name “Fat Burner” (“Brûle-graisse” on the French side of the box) is the commercial name printed by the manufacturer: NKOSI makes no promise of an effect on weight, only the product's actual composition.
How to prepare it?
According to the instructions printed on the box: infuse a filter sachet for 3 to 5 minutes in hot water, and drink 1 to 3 cups a day. As it contains green tea, this tea provides natural caffeine: it is best kept for the beginning or middle of the day in case of caffeine sensitivity.
