JUMBO Aroma stock is a dehydrated African seasoning powder, made with garlic and onion, halal. Sold in a 1 kg tub (50 litres of reconstituted stock), it is used as a savoury base in sauces, rice dishes and soups.
What is JUMBO Aroma stock?
The tub carries the wording “aroma, All-Purpose / Tout Usage”. It is a dehydrated stock, not a pure spice blend: after salt and wheat starch, garlic (5.7%) is the third ingredient by quantity, followed by onion (2%) and potato (0.5%). The JUMBO brand belongs to the GBfoods group and is distributed in France by Haudecœur.
How to use it?
Sprinkle it directly into sauces, rice dishes and soups while cooking, or dilute a spoonful in hot water for a quick stock base. Taste before adding more salt: the product already contains 59.8 g of salt per 100 g.

Precautions
This stock is very salty (59.8 g of salt per 100 g): use sparingly and taste before adding salt. It naturally contains gluten (wheat starch): avoid in case of allergy.
