STARLING honey lemon ginger instant tea is a soluble preparation based on sugar, green tea extract, honey powder and ginger extract, to dilute in hot or cold water. The 400 g jar makes about 4 litres of drink, according to the manufacturer's guidance.
An instant tea, not leaves to steep
There are no leaves or sachets to steep here: the granules dissolve directly in water. The ingredient list states a green tea extract (less than 2.5%), honey powder (1.5%) and ginger extract (0.7%), flavoured with natural ginger and lemon flavourings. The resulting drink is sweet, with notes of honey, lemon and ginger.
How to prepare it?
Pour the powder into a glass or cup according to the dose stated on the jar, then add hot water for a warming drink, or cold water with ice cubes for an iced version. Stir until fully dissolved, and adjust the amount of powder to the taste you want.
What to pair it with?

Precautions
