This is not a tea to steep
Nothing to steep or strain: the granules dissolve directly. Sugar and dextrose are the first two ingredients; natural ginger flavouring makes up 0.8%. For a real fresh ginger juice, see our African ginger tea recipe.
How to prepare it?
Use about five teaspoons of granules, that is 20 g, for a 200 ml cup of water, hot or cold, and stir until fully dissolved. A little honey or a slice of lemon can lift the taste. Serve hot in winter, with ice cubes in summer.
