STARLING lemon is an instant tea preparation in granules: they dissolve in hot or cold water and give a sweet and tangy lemon drink, with a little black tea. 400 g jar.
A real tea, but in granules
Unlike the other flavours in the STARLING range, this one contains a little real tea: 1.3% black tea extract soluble in cold water. The rest is mainly sugar and dextrose, with ascorbic acid, a natural lemon flavouring (0.1%), glucose syrup and a touch of lemon juice (0.02%). Nothing to steep or strain: the granules dissolve directly.
How to prepare it?
Count about five teaspoons of granules, that is 20 g, for a 200 ml glass of water, hot or cold, and stir until dissolved. One jar makes about 4 litres of drink. Personalise it with a slice of fresh lemon, a few mint leaves or a drizzle of honey.
What to pair it with?
The STARLING range is also available in mint and lime and honey, lemon and ginger. Find all the flavours in the teas and infusions section.
