This PROPHYTAMINE infusion, sold by the manufacturer under the name “Vitalité Articulation”, is an organic preparation based on turmeric and ginger, scented with lime essential oil. It comes in a box of 20 freshness sachets.
What is this infusion?
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) and ginger (Zingiber officinale) are two dried, ground roots, combined here in a filter sachet and lifted with a touch of lime. The brand calls this blend “Vitalité Articulation”; here we describe its actual composition rather than this promised effect, as European regulation does not allow health claims on a food without authorisation (Regulation EC 1924/2006).
How to prepare it?
Pour simmering water over a sachet and leave to infuse for a few minutes, then remove the sachet. It is enjoyed hot, plain or with a little honey.
