Gazouz raspberry and red berries is a soda from the Algerian brand IFRI, made in Algeria and imported into France by Ifri European Partner. “Gazouz” is the word used in Algeria for soda. 1.25 L bottle.
What is IFRI Gazouz?
A red carbonated drink with natural flavours of raspberry and other red berries: blackcurrant, strawberry, black grape and blackberry. Its colour comes from a black carrot juice concentrate. It is sweetened with sugar and two sweeteners, acesulfame potassium and aspartame: so it contains less sugar than a classic soda, 4.5 g per 100 ml against 10 g for Selecto. The label states no artificial flavours and no preservative.
How to serve it?
Well chilled, with ice cubes. It is served at family meals and birthdays, or as an alcohol-free drink with fresh red berries and a few mint leaves. The label notes that its colour may change over time without altering the taste or the quality.
What to pair it with?
