A seasoning, not a spice blend
Despite its name, this is not a pure spice blend. Its base is salt, which makes up more than half of the product (55.3 g per 100 g), with corn starch, flavour enhancers, sugar, palm oil and a caramel colouring. The aromatics, parsley, onion, garlic and pepper, make up only a small part. It is therefore dosed like a stock cube, not like a spice.
How to use it?
Add it during cooking to sauces, jollof rice, thieboudienne, stews and marinades, starting with a small spoonful. Taste before salting: the dish already gets plenty from it.
