Sold under the name “Circulation” by the German brand ERNST RICHTER'S (Richtertee), this tea-bag herbal tea combines seven plants: fennel, spearmint, hawthorn, peppermint, lemon balm, liquorice root and rosemary. Box of 20 sachets of 2 g, i.e. 40 g.
What is this ERNST RICHTER'S herbal tea?
The ingredient list printed on the box combines fennel, spearmint, hawthorn, peppermint, lemon balm (5%), liquorice root and rosemary; the brand highlights lemon balm as the central plant of the blend. Be careful not to confuse this herbal tea with the DR ERNST'S brand (Tilman SA, Belgium), which sells other herbal teas at NKOSI under a similar but distinct name: this one is made by Richtertee, in Germany, like the RICHTER rhubarb herbal tea in the catalogue.
How to prepare it?
Place a sachet in a cup, pour about 200 ml of boiling water and let it infuse for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the strength you want. It is drunk plain. This herbal tea contains liquorice root: see the precautions below.
What to pair it with?
The Teas and Infusions collection brings together all the herbal teas in the catalogue. The minimum order is 39 €: combining several boxes makes it easier to reach this threshold. In the same aisle: Fennel herbal tea.
