What is Cerelac wheat and milk?
An instant cereal for the food diversification of babies and young children: the milk is already in the powder, you only need to add water. This box is the version sold in the United Kingdom, Ireland and France, manufactured in Spain. Cerelac sold in other countries does not always have the same recipe: this one contains no added sugar, only the sugars naturally present in the milk and flour.
How to prepare it?
- Boil water, then let it cool until lukewarm.
- Pour 25 g of cereal into the bowl, then 75 ml of this water.
- Stir until you get a smooth porridge, check the temperature and serve immediately.
The texture can be adjusted with a little more or less water depending on the child's age. Do not keep an already prepared porridge.
