What is this drink?
A Caribbean drink from the Jamaican brand GRACE, founded in 1922. Aloe vera is present as gel cut into pieces, drunk together with the liquid, flavoured with mango. It is not pure aloe gel: the drink also contains water, cane sugar, apple juice and mango juice.
How do you drink it?
Well chilled, shaken before opening to distribute the pieces. It's drunk on its own, with a straw to catch the pulp, or topped up with sparkling water and ice cubes. Once opened, keep the bottle in the refrigerator and drink it quickly.
What to pair it with?
