4 gousses de cardamome
1 bâton de cannelle
4 clous de girofle
1 cac de cumin
2 oignons, 4 gousses ail, gingembre

Faire revenir le bœuf 5 minutes.

Ajouter oignon, ail, gingembre, et toutes les épices. Cuire 5 minutes.

Incorporer les tomates et 1 L de bouillon. Mijoter 30 minutes.
