What is this concentrate?
This concentrate belongs to the “Les Boissons d’Afrique” range from the RACINES brand. It is made of water, ginger extracts (29.9%), an acidifier (citric acid), two thickeners (xanthan gum and sodium carboxymethylcellulose) and a preservative (potassium sorbate), with no added sugar. Diluted ginger juice is a drink widely enjoyed in West Africa and the Caribbean.
How to use it?
Dilute the concentrate in hot or cold water, adjusting the amount to the intensity you want, and sweeten if you like. It also flavours a tea, a smoothie, a marinade or a sauce. The label also gives a cocktail recipe with gin, mint and lime, for adults only.
What to pair it with?
